To Exchange or Return an Item
SunStuff would be happy to accept exchanges or returns on merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Please include the following information with the merchandise:
- Let us know whether you would like to Exchange or Return the item(s).
- If the item is an Exchange, please let us know the item(s) you would like in its place. If you owe SunStuff additional funds or SunStuff owes you a refund on the exchange, please provide the original credit card number and expiration date to us so we can debit or credit your card. Credit card fraud protection measures ensure that we no longer have access to this information once your card is processed for the original purchase, and that is why we need it for any subsequent transactions. Ship your Exchange item, using traceable mail, to the following address:

Debits or credits to your card will be issued as soon as we receive your Exchange or Return item(s). Please allow up to two billing cycles for any adjustments to appear on your credit card statement.
SunStuff will only refund shipping charges to the customer if we sent the wrong item, or if the item sent was defective. The customer is responsible for all other shipping charges for Exchanges and Returns.
