How do I return an item? 
SunStuff would be happy to accept exchanges or returns on merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Please include the following information with the merchandise:
- Let us know whether you would like to Exchange or Return the item(s).
- If the item is an Exchange, please let us know the item(s) you would like in its place. If you owe SunStuff additional funds or SunStuff owes you a refund on the exchange, please provide the original credit card number and expiration date to us so we can debit or credit your card. Credit card fraud protection measures ensure that we no longer have access to this information once your card is processed for the original purchase, and that is why we need it for any subsequent transactions. Ship your Exchange item, using traceable mail, to the following address:

- If the item is a Return, please provide the credit card number and expiration date (credit card fraud protection measures ensure that we no longer have access to this information once your card is originally processed). Ship your Return item, using traceable mail, to the following address:

Debits or credits to your card will be issued as soon as we receive your Exchange or Return item(s). Please allow up to two billing cycles for any adjustments to appear on your credit card statement.
SunStuff will only refund shipping charges to the customer if we sent the wrong item, or if the item sent was defective. The customer is responsible for all other shipping charges for Exchanges and Returns.

your on-line transaction information. SSL technology encrypts

anyone other than SunStuff.

SunStuff collects client information to make your shopping
experience the very best on the Internet. We respect your
privacy and assure you that we will maintain and use this
information responsibly. SunStuff does not sell, rent,
or trade your e-mail information to third parties. We may,
however, use third parties to help us provide services to
you, such as filling orders, processing payments, and monitoring
site activity. If personal information is provided to any
of these third parties, we will require that such information
be maintained by them in strictest confidence.

Which credit cards do you accept? 
SunStuff
accepts Mastercard and Visa. Orders
are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
If we
are unable to process your credit card, please check to
ensure that you entered the correct card number and expiration
date, and that the billing name and address you entered
match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer the
issue to your credit card company if the problem persists.
Q. What do you charge for shipping and handling? 
SunStuff
ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS), which
offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday. Please
allow 10 business days for delivery. Our shipping and handling
charges are determined by the dollar amount of your order,
and are calculated before taxes.
